Our Crisscross Applesauce quilt design was inspired by a vintage quilt we admired that had black 'geese' on white 'sky' fabric surrounded by coral solid fabric.  We were inspired to add curved piecing to enhance the flying geese blocks.  We loved creating this heirloom quality quilt!

Chloe ★★★★★

I've never bought a paper pattern before, but the curved piecing instructions in this one are actually clear enough that my first block came out square. That coral solid against the black geese is such a good combo, it looks way more expensive than a downloadable PDF should.

Zoe L. ★★★★★

The vintage-inspired black and white geese with coral accents make this pattern stand out — the curved piecing was easier to follow than I expected, and the finished block looks just like the photo.

Daniel F. ★★★★★

I've never tackled curved piecing before, but the coral solid fabric against those black geese on white made me want to try. The templates included with the pattern made the curves way less intimidating than I expected.
