Hazel ★★★★★

The curved piecing blocks scared me at first, but the instructions break them down so clearly that my seams actually lined up. Those bent flamingo legs made from the paper piecing section are such a clever detail, and they give the whole quilt that retro mod look. Worth every minute at the machine.

Elizabeth ★★★★★

I've never done paper piecing before, but the instructions for those bent flamingo legs walked me through it step by step without any head-scratching. The two curved blocks took a few tries to get smooth, though the finished quilt top was worth every seam I ripped out.

Lily ★★★★★

I've done plenty of straight piecing but the two curved blocks here were a new challenge, and the instructions walked me through the flamingo legs step by step. The bent leg section with the paper piecing came together cleaner than I expected. My wall hanging finally has some personality.
