The Quick Curve Ruler made those arcs come out perfectly on my first try, which I honestly wasn't expecting. Three and a quarter yards of white was just right for the background, and the finished 60 x 70 throw looks way more intricate than it actually was to sew.

I was nervous about the curved piecing but the pattern walks you through it step by step, and that Quick Curve Ruler makes all the difference. Finished at 60 x 70, which is a perfect lap size for the couch. The fabric requirements listed were spot on too, no last-minute runs to the store.

The color scheme of red, white, and grey is perfect for a holiday quilt, and the yardage breakdown made shopping easy. I love how the Quick Curve Ruler creates those smooth curves.
