I was nervous about curved piecing but the Quick Curve Ruler made it surprisingly doable, even for a beginner like me. Used the 8 assorted 1/3 yard prints against the solid background and the contrast came out gorgeous. Backing took the full 5 yards with a bit left over, so measure carefully.

I was nervous about curved piecing but the Quick Curve Ruler made the arcs line up on my first try. The 3 1/4 yards of solid background was plenty for the 58 x 81 top with leftovers. Already picking out backing fabric for the next one.
