The fat eighth requirements were spot on and I had almost everything in my stash already. Cutting the pieces with the mini ruler went faster than I expected, and the twist layout came together in an afternoon.

First time working with a pattern sized for the QCR Mini ruler and it made the twisting curves way less fiddly than I feared. The gray and plum fat eighths play together nicely, and the berry solid gives it just enough pop.

Cutting the plum squares was the fiddly part for me, but once I switched to the mini ruler everything lined up nicely. The berry solid gives it a nice pop against all that gray. Would've liked a bit more fabric in the white for the borders though.
