Deco Flora

I usually agonize over picking fabrics that actually go together, but this bundle took care of that with five coordinated florals and a background that pulls them all in. The 3/4 yard cuts gave me plenty of room to fussy-cut the QCR curves without running short.

The five floral prints in this bundle go together way better than I expected, and having 3/4 yard of each gave me plenty of room to fussy cut. The Quick Curve Ruler made the drunkard's path blocks surprisingly painless too.

I was a bit intimidated by curved piecing, but the pattern’s clear instructions for using the Quick Curve Ruler made every seam line up perfectly. The 62x70 size is generous, and the five floral fabrics add so much depth—exactly the scrappy look I wanted.
