Urban Beads

The bead effect really pops once the blocks are laid out, and the instructions walk you through every seam without leaving you guessing. I’ve made a few intermediate quilts before, but this one felt like a fresh challenge that paid off beautifully.

The curved piecing looked intimidating at first, but the full instructions walked me through every step without a hitch. My quilt came out with that modern beaded look I was after, and honestly it's the nicest thing I've made so far.

I've done a few curved-piecing quilts before and this one was genuinely fun rather than fiddly. The beaded look comes together quicker than it appears, and the layout diagrams are clear enough that I barely had to unpick anything.
